GTG looks satisfied back on the launch of the marketing of day ahead transport capacities at its cross border interconnection point Oude Statenzijl. For the first time on 14 May 2012, GTG auctioned additional gas transport capacity for the following day via German gas capacity platform TRAC-X, in accordance with the corresponding German rule called ‘Karla Gas’.

Prior to this launch, all registered shippers were informed about the new offer which will henceforth be generally available every day.
